Paul started his road racing career in the early 80’s. After taking some time off for family and other interests, he jumped back on a bike in the mid 90’s. This eventually led him back into competition. He currently races both, mountain and road bikes. Paul’s past racing venues include many 1st – 5th place wins from 2004 and on. In 2005 alone, he had nine 1st place wins. He also has collected a variety of nice premiums while road racing. 
Since Paul doesn’t do a whole lot around the house except hold a job, he plans on devoting more time to training and less to his wonderful wife for his 2010 season. 
Paul also plays in-line hockey weekly, rides a cross-bike occasionally and enjoys attending and watching the Chicago Blackhawk’s games. Paul currently resides in Mount Prospect, Illinois with his wife and 2 children.
