Mike competes in ultra-endurance mtn. biking events. Mike took second place finishes in both the two-day, 70-mile Coeur d\'Alene River Challenge in Idaho and in Spokane’s 2007 State 24 Hour championships competing in the two man class. His partner in both events was his good friend and fellow Endurance Trust Athlete, Jess Kruchoski. Mike completed his first Leadville race in 2008. In 2009 he took third place in his first 24 Hour Solo race at the 24 Hour Round the Clock in Spokane, WA and finished in the top 10 at the 2009 24 Hours of Nine Mile in the mens solo expert class. Mike hopes to get in to this years Leadville 100 and continue to do several 24 Hour events. He is also shooting for the BC Bike Race next summer. Mike lives in Spokane, WA with his wife Jacque and two boys, Kaulin and Konner.
