Michelle has been a competitive swimmer for over 20 years. Her love of the water has been a motivator her entire life – as a Recreational Therapist, she focused on adapted aquatics programs for special needs children. As a SCUBA instructor she has developed and worked with programs for disabled & paralyzed adults, worked with the Wounded Warriors program and has been a catalyst to get kids involved in water sports of all kinds. Michelle routinely competes in 10km Open Ocean swimming events in Florida, the Caribbean and California. In 2008 she completed the solo 20km FKCC Swim Around Key West.   Michelle lives in the West Palm Beach, FL, area and is a married mother of 4.
