Mark's fundraising page:

Mark is a competitive cross country mountain biker who has slowly made his way to competing at an elite level in both regional and national events. Mark races primarily at the regional series the Wisconsin Off Road Series (WORS) as well as some national events; The Iceman Cometh Challenge 2008, The Chequamegon 40 Fat Tire Festival 2009 and King of the Rockies in 2007.
Mark may easily qualify for the Clydesdale (must be over 205 lbs), but he always competes in the regular Mountain Bike Classes and on occasion makes it to the podium in the more elite Categories. Mark also will compete on the road bike but in much shorter races. In 2010 he plans to complete the “Race the Lake” which is a 90 mile road race around Lake Winnebago in Wisconsin. Another part of cycling that Mark enjoys is being his own mechanic. He builds all his bikes from ground up and is always happy to help a friend with their own machine.
