Kevin is a competitive cross country mountain bike racer who has for the Illinois/ Wisconsin based teams of Guinness, Bosch and A1 Tool Manufacturing over the past 5 years. In the late 1990's he began mountain biking recreationally and has been on dozens of multi-day mountain bike rides all over the US. Kevin began mountain bike racing about 10 years ago. Highlights include a 2000 first place overall finish at the six hours of Kettle Moraine race in Wisconsin, a 2005 overall Sport Class Championship in Wisconsin and the 2006 Sport championship in Illinois for his age group, and a top 10% finish at the 2006 Chequamegon Wisconsin Fat Tire 40. He has scaled down his racing calendar in the last two years and plans to race more Cyclo-Cross, road and local mtn. races in 2010. Kevin is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, camping, water sports, XC skiing and downhill skiing. He currently lives in Bartlett Illinois with his wife and two young sons.
