Heidi is an accomplished endurance athlete who has historically competed in sprint triathlons throughout the United States and around the world.  In 2009, she dominated the Wisconsin Sprint Triathlon series and after qualifying for the UST Nationals earned a spot on the USAT Team to compete at the World Sprint Triathlon Championships in Brisbane, Australia.  At the end of the 2009 season, she took her first turn at mountain biking and will scatter a series of WORS races throughout her 2010 calendar of triathlon events.  She also raced her first cyclo-cross races at the end of 2009 all but one event she entered in the Cat 4 class.  In 2010, along with her attempt to go back to Sprint Tri World Championships, she plans to vie for a qualifying spot at the World Duathlon Championships in Edinburgh, Scotland.  The women on the local mountain biking circuit have no idea what they are going to be up against in 2010!  Heidi has two elementary school age boys and works as a bi-lingual case manager and Spanish interpreter.
