Frank owns an airline catering company that operates out of 4 cities and caters over 800 flights a day in the Washington, DC, area.

 

He started running at the age of 30 by running the Marine Corp Marathon. Since then Frank has ran over 20 marathons, and numerous ultra marathons -including many 50K and 50 milers.  Frank has completed multiple 150+ mile desert stage races, including the Marathon des Sable, Racing the Planet's Gobi March, Atacama Crossing, The Last Desert Antarctica, and RTP Namibia.  He has also completed the Leadville 100 and the Badwater Ultra.  Frank has done a handful of Half Ironmans and 2 full Ironmans including the Hawaii World Championships. He has also climbed Mt. Rainier and summited 3 of the 7 Summits:  Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, and Aconcaugua.
